Availability: Must be available between 6 AM – 5 PM 6 days a week, Sundays are required.

Compensation & Growth:

• Start as a team member at $10/hr + with cash & digital tips

• Average total hourly pay: $15–$24/hr (with tips)

We're Hiring: Assistant Manager at EB Flo Coffeehouse

We’re looking for a reliable, driven, and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, leads with confidence, and takes pride in their work.

You don’t need prior management experience — we’re looking for a fast learner with a fix-it mindset, not a finger-pointer. Someone who’s willing to take it for the team to solve issues, who’s not afraid to speak up, help lead the team, and grow into a leadership role with the right attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Be on the floor daily – register, drinks, food prep, and serving

• Open and close the store as needed

• Deliver excellent customer service at ALL time

• Communicate with vendors and manage supply needs with our current management team

• Support and guide team members; help resolve issues with clarity

• Troubleshoot problems quickly and calmly

• Use Square POS and manage records with QuickBooks (will train)

• Keep things running smoothly during busy times

• Maintain clear and respectful communication with staff

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural leader who takes pride in their work

• A fast learner who solves problems and stays calm under pressure

• Willing to speak up and help guide a team

• Comfortable in a high-stress, fast-paced environment

• Available at least 6 days a week, including weekends

• Has a car

• Familiar with Excel, Word, and basic computer skills

• Experience with Square and QuickBooks is a plus

• Guaranteed $20+ per hour (including tips)
