We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager at EB Flo Coffeehouse

We’re on the hunt for a reliable, driven, and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our growing team!

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with confidence, and takes pride in getting things done.

You don’t need prior management experience. Just the right attitude, a fix-it mindset, and a willingness to step up for the team. We’re looking for someone who solves problems, leads by example, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

Responsibilities:
• Be on the floor daily — register, drinks, food prep, and serving
• Open and close the café as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service — always
• Help manage vendors and supply needs with the management team
• Support and guide team members; help resolve issues
• Troubleshoot quickly and calmly
• Use Square POS and QuickBooks (we’ll train you!)
• Keep things running smoothly during rushes
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with staff

What We’re Looking For:
• Natural leadership and strong work ethic
• Fast learner with a solution-oriented mindset
• Confident communicator and team motivator
• Calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Available at least 6 days/week, including weekends
• Has reliable transportation

Perfect for students, side-giggers, or anyone who wants to work in a fun, fast-paced coffeehouse right on the water. No barista experience? No problem — we’ll train you!

• Weekend shifts: Sundays required

Responsibilities:
• Take orders at the register with a smile
• Make drinks and prep food
• Serve guests and keep the café clean & welcoming
• Work as part of a team during busy rushes
• Help open or close the café (depending on shift)
